With COVID-19 spreading in late-March, ph360 launched into action following the WHO’s medical guidance of social distancing, washing hands, avoiding public places, and not touching your face – all effective infection deterrents outside the body.

Featuring 10 varieties of personalised fitness classes live-streamed on social media; daily Health and Medical Expert Panel webinar calls; motivation and accountability cheerleaders in the online group courtesy of professionally-trained personalised health coaches; this free 10 day challenge with a rolling start date provided structure, support, and social certainty while the world was witnessing uncertainty and rapid changes in COVID-19 response around March 25th.
